About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. As a Leisure Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Instructing and supervising activity sessions, including football, go-karting, boat hire, and other leisure activities
  • Ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for use
  • Providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to every guest
  • Engaging with owners and guests to build relationships and promote our activities
