Vice President, B2B Ecommerce Western Europe

We are seeking a seasoned digital leader to play a key role in developing ecommerce channel strategy and further strengthening digital skills, capabilities, and infrastructure for one of our core Market Groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of highly skilled regional eCommerce experts to achieve future growth plans by lifting ecommerce strategies and execution with B2B customers.
- Accountable for the execution of digital/eCommerce-related activities within the region and responsible for the digital shopper team's development.
- Build up commercial capabilities in the space by leading all aspects of The LEGO Group's business with Amazon EU, our biggest and most strategic partner in the region.
- Design, run, and optimize digital shopper funnels to support marketing strategies defined with regional marketing teams to drive commercial results.
- Work closely with global Product and Marketing Development organizations and the dedicated LEGO Agency to support ecommerce-focused product and campaign content, assortment, and packaging development.
- Partner with Digital Product and Data Offices to ensure B2B ecommerce needs are reflected in Company Digital Product and Data roadmaps.
Requirements
- Significant experience within organizations digitally focused on ecommerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand.
- Experience in both ecommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
- Expertise with business analysis and critical metric tracking within online environments.
- Significant experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including with remote teams.
- Proven track record of inspiring teams to thrive within Agile ways of working and a test and learn culture.
- Significant experience working with C-Level executives.
