We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Team Leader to join our team at Cambian. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and guidance to young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, promoting their independence, and encouraging them to reach their full potential. With a strong focus on person-centred care, we strive to create a nurturing environment that fosters positive relationships and a sense of belonging.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of care workers in providing high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each resident's needs
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery
  • Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
