Civil Engineering Growth Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Growth Specialist to lead the development of our client's business growth strategy in the civil engineering sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and benefits package.

Company Overview: Our client is a leading civil engineering firm that has experienced significant growth in recent years. They specialise in groundworks and street works, delivering high-quality projects for major housebuilders, industrial companies, and tier 1 engineering contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business growth strategy aligned with company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in civil engineering, groundworks, street works, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of the civil engineering industry and its key players.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a robust professional network.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
