Job Title: Adult Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Care Services Manager to join our team at SSA Star Care Ltd. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of carers and ensure they are supported and motivated to deliver exceptional care.
  • Roster care visits, manage changes, and deal with queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Build excellent relationships with carers, clients, and health professionals to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Deliver care as required and demonstrate leadership from the front.
  • Support the smooth running of the office to ensure regulatory requirements and company policies are fully followed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Good administration, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Been providing care for 1-2 years.

What We Offer:

  • Excellent salary up to £26,000.
  • Additional on-call payments approximately £2,000 pa.
  • Annual Bonus.
