About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Care Services Manager to join our team at SSA Star Care Ltd. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roster care visits and manage changes in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Build excellent relationships with carers, clients, and health professionals.
  • Be part of the on-call team and deliver care as required.
  • Support the smooth running of the office and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Contribute to business growth by seeking new clients and promoting our excellent reputation.
Requirements
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Good administration, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Will have or be working towards NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Been providing care for 1-2 years.
What We Offer
  • Excellent salary up to £26,000.
  • Additional on-call payments approximately £2,000 per annum.
  • Annual bonus.
  • 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays).
