Regional Sales Manager

Refood Dagenham is a leading company in the recycling industry, committed to helping conserve natural resources and protect the environment. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales of ReFood's recycling services within the designated territory and/or accounts.
- You will manage the regional sales team to ensure all agreed targets and objectives are achieved.
- You will also be responsible for managing and controlling feedstocks into the Dagenham facility to ensure supply is at the required level, compliance with legal requirements, and to maintain the appropriate revenue and quality objectives.
- Maintaining contact with existing customers, monitoring trading levels, and maximizing opportunities for additional business.
- Gathering and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence within the local area, monitoring competitor activity (services and prices), and communicating where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability and willingness to travel when required.
- Experience in new business sales within a B2B environment and providing support to a field sales team.
- Ability to engage with customers and build strong, commercial relationships across a range of organisations and contact levels.
- Good written and verbal communication and IT skills – must be proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum plus Commission, Company Car & Excellent Benefits.
