Job Description

The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Managing a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with key clients.
Requirements
  • A strong background in sales, with experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies.
