About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join Abbatt Property Recruitment as a Property Development Manager Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the site is well-maintained, providing a safe and secure environment for residents and guests. You will work closely with the Development Manager to maintain high health and safety standards, ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to prevent accidents and incidents. Your duties will include:
  1. Providing planned and reactive maintenance support to the development.
  2. Liaising with contractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless delivery of work.
  3. Delivering ongoing training and development programmes to support the team's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of properties.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave, birthday off, critical illness cover, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme, and 4% pension scheme.
