Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker to join our team at Thendon Resourcing Limited. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in a supported living service in East Anglia.
- Develop and implement care and support plans that promote independence, choice, inclusion, and control.
- Manage rotas, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure that CQC standards are met.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address problems, and implement solutions that promote positive outcomes.
- Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in a supported living service or residential home for adults with learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and experience in updating care plans and risk assessments.
- Ability to supervise and mentor care and support staff.
- NVQ level 3 or QCF level 3 in health and social care.
- A competitive salary of £27,976 (£13.45 per hour, 40 hours per week).
- A range of benefits, including a £4000-£4500 paid on-top, sleep-in's paid at £60, and on-call pay of £10 per weekday evening and £20 per Saturday and Sunday.
- 25 days leave plus bank holidays, with an increase of 3 days after 5 years of service.
