Job Overview

Mccormick & Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercialisation Project Manager to lead the internal effort to win and deliver EMEA Flavour Solutions commercialisation projects. This role aims to drive speed and innovation, ensuring the team is focused, energized, and on track to meet project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for driving commercialisation projects to ensure timely delivery, building new processes, and driving improvements to existing ones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Project manage a wide range of projects in a well-organised, co-operative way, with strong attention to detail.
  • Build new processes and drive improvements to existing ones to enable continuous improvement in speed and quality of delivery.
  • Understand and communicate priorities and risks clearly to drive action and engagement.
  • Support pipeline meetings as part of the Integrated Business Planning process.
  • Provide training and support to direct reports and other members of the commercialisation team to enable growth.
  • Secure stakeholder support for process improvements and assistance to unblock issues preventing project progression.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree holder in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within a FMCG or related environment.
  • Proven experience in project management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level to Senior Leadership level.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
  • Strong leadership and people development and management skills.
  • Able to design and implement process improvements successfully, securing support and resources as required.
  • Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Able to enter uncertain situations, assess opportunities, identify stakeholders, and bring direction to a project.
  • Previous experience in working with a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Fluent English.
