Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess the needs of vulnerable children and their families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes
  • Collaborate with families to create personalized care plans and provide ongoing support
  • Represent the organization in court proceedings as required
