The successful candidate will work as part of our Adults Emergency Duty Team, providing critical support to individuals at risk. With a focus on safeguarding and promoting well-being, you will be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,711 per annum (PO4 plus increment for AMHP warrant) plus a 10% out-of-hours allowance, reflecting the demands of this role. Job Description:

  • To assess the needs of vulnerable adults and develop effective care plans
