Maintenance Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
- Salary: £25,725 - £28,350 per annum, depending on experience
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, with experience in electrical, plumbing, and joinery work. You will also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Undertaking routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., construction, engineering)
- At least 2 years' experience in building maintenance, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
