Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at Galaxy Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment in our busy workshop. This includes carrying out routine safety system checks, managing the testing of electrical products and systems, and implementing new electrical equipment.
You will also be responsible for supporting and encouraging Health and Safety practices, ensuring all equipment is serviced in accordance with our schedule, and maintaining records of work carried out.
In addition, you will be required to liaise with external service providers and contractors to ensure equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Electrical engineer with experience in operational engineering
- Excellent attention to detail and electrical fault-finding skills
- Strong manual dexterity and good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and diagnostic skills
