Electrical Systems Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled electrical engineer to join our team at Service Service. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure they operate at optimal levels.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical engineering, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to perform routine electrical systems, equipment, and components inspections to identify hazards, defects, or repair needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs or adjustments

Performing electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications as required

Maintaining and repairing electrical systems, including motors, lighting, control systems, and wiring

Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and company policies

Collaborating with other maintenance staff to resolve mechanical and technical issues

Responding to emergency electrical issues promptly

Requirements include:

Proven experience as a Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, or similar role

NVQ level 3 and above

18th edition electrical (desirable)

Testing and inspection (desirable)

Competent in both single-phase and 3-phase installations

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards

Mechanical, carpentry, and other beneficial skills
