About the Role:

We are seeking a Theatre Recovery Manager to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programs of evidence-based care to patients.

Key requirements for this role include extensive post-registration experience within Recovery, with evidence of a number of years at a senior level, as well as a good understanding of quality, safety, and risk management.

As a Theatre Recovery Manager, you will lead and supervise others carrying out all aspects of the caring process. You will participate in effective clinical leadership and management of the team, contributing to the improvement of services and the quality of care provision to meet the needs of patients, service users, and their families.

Key skills and qualifications include RGN/ODP - First Level, evidence of Continuous Post registration Educational Development, computer literacy, and the ability to prioritise.
