Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Manager to join our team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of the Recovery Department, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care and services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
- Lead the team in maintaining safe and efficient operating theater environments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Requirements:
Essential:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in Recovery
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services
Salary: £60,000 per annum
