**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Addiction Recovery Lead to join our team at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust - Inclusion Services. As an integral part of our Psychosocial Substance Misuse Team, you will be responsible for leading the direction of our service and supporting individuals with their recovery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in addiction recovery, substance misuse, and mental health. They will be able to coordinate and manage a caseload of service users, develop and conduct assessments, and manage care plans. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clinical services and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Lead the direction of the service, developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for service users.
  2. Coordinate and manage a caseload of service users, including those with complex substance use needs.
  3. Develop and conduct assessments, and manage care plans to support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
  4. Work collaboratively with clinical services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology).
  • Post-graduate qualification in addiction studies or a related field (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic therapy).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in a prison setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

**Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
