Shire Healthcare is recruiting for a key role in Southwest Cambridgeshire to lead the development of therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for individuals affected by mental health and/or neurological conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic and clinical strategies to grow and develop neurobehavioral care.

The main focus of this position is on developing and implementing effective treatment plans to support individuals with challenging behaviour resulting from mental health and/or neurological conditions. This includes leading a team to provide therapeutic interventions and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Salary: £82,500 FTE (Full Time Equivalent)
