About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Motor Claims Specialist to join our vibrant team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Commercial Motor Claims Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls from customers and third parties reporting motor claims, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported throughout the process.
- Managing your own caseload, working collaboratively as a team to achieve objectives, and accurately inputting member information into our systems.
- Providing personalized and accurate information to customers based on your expertise and training, ensuring a positive and resolution-focused experience.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple claims simultaneously, and meeting productivity targets.
Requirements
- Customer service experience in any sector, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service and resolving customer complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Computer literacy, with experience using insurance-specific software packages.
