About the Role

We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to clients
  • Previous experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential)
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
