Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Neville Court. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal times and ensure residents receive a balanced diet
- Participate in resident care planning and contribute to the development of individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
