Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns.
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
