We are seeking a skilled Field Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Aylesford area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

Weekly hours: 16 hrs

Shift pattern: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (AM work is preferred)

Key responsibilities:

  • You will restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • You will know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
  • You will provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores

Requirements:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
