About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Merchandiser to join our team in the Aylesford area. As a Seasonal Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores

Requirements:
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
