Job Summary

Pertemps are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Paralegal or Legal Secretary to join their team in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the property division by drafting, formatting, and amending legal documents and correspondence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including deeds, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating property transactions, including searching, registering, and paying stamp duty.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary in a property law setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
