The Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with various departments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement key QA processes to improve overall quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Educate staff on their role in maintaining quality control.
  • Implement training programs for quality compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has excellent customer and supplier quality skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
