Components Manager

">A leading commercial vehicles manufacturer seeks an experienced Parts Supervisor to oversee parts advisors and lead the parts department in Farnborough.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Parts Supervisor with expertise in managing teams and stock control. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, knowledge of commercial vehicles, and computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
Manage parts team to ensure timely completion of after-sales tasks, implement customer follow-up calls, and liaise with the Service Manager on VOR issues. Monitor and chase back orders, receive and reconcile stock orders, and report any discrepancies. Additionally, manage return of exchange units, organize rolling stock takes, and report findings. Supervise driver responsibilities, sign off van check sheets, and manage negative stock.
Requirements:
Commercial vehicle and parts knowledge, previous supervisory experience, computer literacy, and FLT license are essential. A qualification in parts stock control is preferred.
