Our client, a leading construction main contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects valued between £1m - £10m each, working with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget control
Develop and implement project plans, including programming contracts and controlling all aspects of each project
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Collaborate with site-based Project Managers and Site Managers to execute projects to agreed programmes
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing projects within the construction and refurbishment sectors
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
What We Offer:
Competitive salary up to £78,000 per annum, plus car allowance and package
