We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client in a Commercial role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost management services for internal and external projects.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Commercial role.
  • Strong cost management and commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:

This is a permanent opportunity to join a leading company in the construction industry.

Salary: £40,000 to £48,000 per annum DOE.

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm, Fri 8am to 4:30pm.
