We are seeking a highly skilled and sales-focused Sales and Service Advisor to join our team in Newport, United Kingdom. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Offer product knowledge and advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect solution.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management, driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
