Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at April Quest. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the wider HR team with administrative tasks, maintaining accurate personnel records, and coordinating learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- HR Systems Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, including verification of employees' right to work and security clearance.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers and staff on employee relations and lifecycle matters, including exit interviews, family leave, sickness absence, flexible working requests, probation extensions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and other performance issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Compile and present data for business and management meetings.
- CIPD Level 5 Qualification: Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
- HR Experience: Proven experience with various HR and business systems.
- IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail.
- HR Data Management: Experience in maintaining HR data.
