Job Description

Zoho Corporation Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, selling Zoho's suite of products to new and existing clients.


This role involves selling Zoho's products to new and existing clients, driving new business revenue growth, and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for building strong, trusting relationships with various stakeholders within a customer organisation, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the software industry, and a deep understanding of CRM solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Zoho's product offerings and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Zoho's products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of new business sales/business development experience from a software/SaaS background.
  • Prior experience in selling SaaS applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, Marketing Apps, and HRMS is preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals in the SMB and mid-market segments as well as consistently exceeding new business revenue targets.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
  • Open to travel domestically for customer meetings.
  • Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
