\We are committed to delivering high-quality early years education and care in a nurturing environment. Our nursery team at Folkestone College is looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our amazing team.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to our young students. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and other colleagues to ensure that our nursery provides a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a range of benefits including pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and discounts through our Rewards Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- To work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and other colleagues to develop and implement nursery policies and procedures
- To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or related field
- Experience working in a nursery environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
