We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Folkestone College. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our young students.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and other colleagues to ensure that our nursery provides a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a range of benefits including pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and discounts through our Rewards Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• To deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• To work collaboratively with the Nursery Manager and other colleagues to develop and implement nursery policies and procedures
• To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or related field
• Experience working in a nursery environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
