Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

About Us: Frasers Group Financial Services is a dynamic and innovative company that requires a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI to meet business requirements
  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Optimise Power BI solutions for performance, ensuring quick load times and efficient data processing.
  • Develop and maintain data models, integrate data from various sources, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with the BI Manager to deliver on set objectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business

Requirements:

  • 1+ / 2+ years experience in an analytical/developer focused role.
  • Experience working with any of the following: Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, Looker.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience with BI Best Practices (Preferable).
  • Financial Services experience (Preferable).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and query performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt quickly to project and priority changes.
  • Highly responsive and adaptable team player.
