Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining management information reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data visualizations and reports to provide insights into business performance
  • Develop and maintain databases and data warehouses to support reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for business improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of Excel and SQL
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines
  • Is analytical, pragmatic and systematic in approach
  • Ability to produce and interpret data and information
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent numeracy and computer literacy
