About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Freight Development Manager to join our team at Right Now Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts for air imports and exports, as well as identifying new business opportunities through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop key accounts for air imports and exports, with the ability to pick up road freight and sea freight business.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in air, road, and sea freight.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, online research, and overseas conferences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and cross-sell other modes of freight to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales for a freight forwarder.
- Air freight client base is preferred.
- Full driving license is required.
- Ability to regularly commute to the head office.
