Quality Excellence Leader Opportunity:

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its quality initiatives. This permanent role is based at the Dungannon site and offers a highly competitive salary.

Salary Range:

Fully negotiable, with a competitive rate of pay commensurate with experience (estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum).

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have strategic responsibility for implementing a quality strategy and operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement a best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid business performance.
  • Ensure quality strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs.
  • Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception through to warranty analysis.
  • Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and customer requirements.
  • Actively lead in reducing customer complaints, warranty costs, and in-house scrap and waste.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, knowledge of the manufacturing industry, and a relevant qualification in quality management. A working knowledge of ISO standards is also essential.
