Job Overview:
Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Dungannon, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of their production process. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting and possess strong leadership and team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of production, including ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining production schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Lead a team of production supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing a production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
• Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) or Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food production processes, quality control, and food safety regulations.
