Property Assets Coordinator

About the Role
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting property viewings and showings, maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Property Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent payments and maintaining good relationships with tenants
- Customer Service: Conduct property viewings and showings, providing excellent customer service to potential buyers and renters
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports, including property inventory and maintenance schedules
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, business, or a related field)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Skillset: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Traits: Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Annual Salary: Competitive annual salary range of £30,000 - £35,000
