About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and confident individual to join our Household Team in Accrington as a Household Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for enhancing our customers' digital lives by discussing the right products and services for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine relationships with customers over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Discuss and recommend products and services that meet our customers' requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services.
