Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to our Health Screening department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Health Screening department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Services Manager to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct health assessments, including anthropometric measurements, ECG recordings, lung function testing, and blood pressure monitoring.
- Develop and implement new services and initiatives to improve patient care and service quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
- Recruitment and selection skills.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- Leadership experience in a Senior/Deputy or Lead role.
