About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Lettings Administrator to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for our lettings operations, ensuring a high-quality service for our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the general tenancy management of properties, working closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Deal with enquiries from tenants, contractors, utility providers, and local authorities, providing professional advice and support.
  • Manage the tenancy journey from start to move-in, including arranging holding deposits, referencing applicants, and issuing ASTs.
  • Provide expert guidance on tenancies and end-of-tenancy procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our services and improve client and tenant satisfaction.
  • Update utility providers and local authorities of tenancy changes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication.
  • Liaise with the property accounts team to resolve any property-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the Savills team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous property experience in an administrative or accounts capacity.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a high level of competence.
  • Ability to multitask, work accurately, and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of client care principles and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Arrangements

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 5 days over 7, with a salary up to £25,000 pro-rated, plus a KPI lease-up bonus. Please see our Benefits Booklet for more information.
