Job Title: Building/Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Building/Lettings Administrator to join our team at Connells Group UK. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage move-ins, including creating tenancy paperwork and liaising with tenants to ensure referencing is completed efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety certificates are in place and assist tenants and landlords with queries during the process.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an Administrator/Customer Service or similar role.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
