Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional care to our residents with complex needs, including dementia. You will be a key member of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

You will administer medication, review and evaluate electronic care plans, and provide clinical guidance to the care team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

You will be accountable for ensuring policies and Care Inspectorate standards are met, and you will work collaboratively with the care team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional care to residents with complex needs
