Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of care to our residents who have wide-ranging and complex needs including dementia. You will be a key part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team including Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Speech & Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, care staff, local GPs and other NHS healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication and review electronic care plans to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
  • Provide clinical guidance to the care team and lead by example in delivering best practice.
  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Ensure policies and Care Inspectorate standards are met, maintaining a high level of care and quality.
