About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Manager to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive occupancy levels and meet or exceed established sales goals
  2. Manage leads, telephone inquiries from prospective families, and schedule personal visits to provide information and follow-up
  3. Build trusting relationships with prospective residents and families, and foster partnerships within the community through a sales plan and community outreach plan
  4. Maintain leads, community influencers, and deposits on a web-based lead management system
  5. Manage budget and expenses, and participate as a member of the service team leaders to provide support to other team members
  6. All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
  2. Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills
  3. Experience in sales and/or marketing with a strong focus on customer service
  4. Empathetic and caring with relationship building skills
  5. Knowledge of the surrounding area and communities
  6. Class G/Class 5 driver's license with clear driver's abstract and access to a vehicle (applicable to Ontario/Alberta)
  7. Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  8. Strong computer skills, including experience with a customer management database
  9. Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
  10. Self-directed and motivated management team player
  11. Ability to work flexible hours, evening, and weekends
