You will manage a caseload of participants and develop individualized plans to support their job search and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with participants and provide guidance on job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.
  • Partner with participants to create comprehensive action plans, identifying employment barriers and developing strategies to overcome them.
  • Provide job search support, including assistance with job boards, digital profiles, and application materials.
  • Ensure participants have up-to-date and professional CVs, covering letters, and supporting statements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a busy, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong administration skills and good Excel skills.
  • Desire to help people and make a positive impact.
